Morning breakfast smoothie of champions 

I occasionally work trade shows as a crowd gatherer and booth hostess. The days are long and you are on your feet for 10+ hours sometimes.

Therefore, day two of HIMSS16 (an IT medical conference) deserves a hearty breakfast smoothie!

~ 1 scoop Vega Protein & Greens – Vanilla

~ 2 tsp Navitas Chia Seeds

~ 2 tsp Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts

~ 1 tsp Vega chlorella powder

~ 1 cup water

Yum yum! Superfoods to fuel the day.
